Makhmali Paneer Tikka Recipe: Makhmali Paneer Tikka is a wonderful recipe. You can make this in two ways, if you want, you can stuffed a delicious filling between the paneer pieaces. In another method you can simply marinate paneer cubes and bake them in tandoor or oven. Serve with onions and green chutney. 

 
How to Make Makhmali paneer tikka

First of all we have to prepare the marinade. Add hung curd, cashew paste, chili paste, roast gram flour, cream, cheese and other ingredients in a bowl and mix well and keep it aside.

Now, put a pan on the gas and heat it by adding oil, now fry finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies in it for a few seconds. After some time add onion, capsicum and yellow bell pepper and fry them.

When it is fried, take it out in a bowl and cool it. Now add grated paneer, cheese, kasoori methi and all other ingredients and mix well. Keep the stuffing aside.

Take paneer and cut it by making cuts from one side, so that it is attached to the side so that the stuffing does not come out.

Cut all the paneer pieces equally and now open the paneer piece from the middle and fill the stuffing.

Coat all these pieces well in the marinade. Now take a skewer, put capsicum and onion pieces in it, then Paneer. Place all the pieces in this order and bake in tandoor or oven for 10 to 15 minutes by applying a little ghee.

Makhmali Paneer Tikka is ready to serve. Pair with green chutney and onions rings.
